We are the activation experts at GroupM with our core in digital and data-driven services.

We are GroupM's world class activation services team, applying next era media techniques and technologies to drive sustained client advantage and innovation.

We embrace collaboration in everything we do - from working with external partners & incubating new services in our group to being part of the Agency offering to clients and everything in between. You will be exposed to global and UK clients such as the likes of Adidas, Rebook, Sony, Playstation, Paramount Pictures, Chanel, KFC and many more.

Our adaptive approach and the way we collaborate with different groups is something we're proud of, not only amongst ourselves, but also with our Agencies, GroupM Data & Technology, GroupM Investment, and overall within the larger WPP community.

We provide activation services and intelligence, enhanced by technology, that make advertising work better for people.

Firstly, you'll build a solid foundation of media knowledge, that'll serve you for your entire career. Once you have that knowledge, you'll be armed to make a choice about the area you would most like to specialise and grow in.

As an integral member of one of our digital specialist teams - either paid search, paid social, programmatic, SEO or display - you'll help to achieve client goals, developing and optimising digital activities as part of integrated multi-channel campaigns.

What we are looking for

We don't need to have a deep understanding of media or advertising, but we do need you to be smart, analytical, numbers-driven and highly-organised, as we're offering you the potential to become one of our future stars.

Beyond a good attitude, we're also looking for someone who has a real interest in advertising and digital, with the ability to work with data and identify trends, matched with an ease for communicating with both clients and your team.
