1/ Recruitment & On boarding
Support the HR Team in the on-going recruitments (recruitment follow up, participate to interns program recruitment)
Support On-boarding of new employees (announcements, build the planning with the different stakeholders, keep records...)
2/ Learning and Development
Support in the collection of the Individual & Collective Training needs
Roll-out and follow up of training plan with the Country HR and Group learning teams including monitoring of key training indicators
3/ HR Data Analytics (Workday)
Ensure the coordination, synchronization and quality of HR data.
Gather, analyze, interpret data and recommend solutions to ensure accuracy of data.
4/ Employee Engagement
Contribute & Support the action plans & initiatives linked with Employee Engagement work stream in collaboration with the HR team
5/ Transversal Projects
Support and collaborate the RAC HRBP team in the various ongoing projects within the BA
Master degree - with a specialization in HR
First experience in HR (internship or apprenticeship)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in modern communication tools and digital learning
Eager to learn and to provide & receive feedback
Working knowledge of Google Suite and advanced skills in Google Sheets
Fluent in English; French would be a “plus”
The incumbent must hold a French work permit in force
