We are actively looking for innovative graduates to join our CyberRes Graduate Sales Programme. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to join a virtual assessment centre, which will include scenario-based exercises, an aptitude test, and a final interview.

Successful applicants will then embark on their CyberRes journey with our tailored 12-week sales and product training course. Upon graduation, you will deploy into a Business Development Representative role for up to 12 months with a variety of opportunities for progression throughout the company.

What kind of work would you be doing? 

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Creation of leads and opportunities

  • Building customer confidence in the company's capabilities, from procurement to senior levels of customer management

  • Participate in promotion campaigns by handling outbound and incoming calls

  • Actively collaborate with sales and other teams to ensure seamless account coverage

  • Maintain sales reports and data reporting for pipeline management

  • Uncover opportunities that drive incremental revenue

  • Establish partner contacts to share account information and seek joint opportunities

  • Execute early opportunity and lead management

  • Achieve your quarterly targets and KPIs

What about you? 

  • We think in order to add immediate value and to succeed in this role; you should have recently graduated or be graduating this year, you should have finished your course.

  • If you are passionate about Cyber Security or have studied a related degree, that is great

  • Language skills in particular German, Dutch, Nordics is a must
