To support this growth, TIM is looking for a Fund Operations Intern covering the Group’s Private Equity funds and investments. The intern will report to the Fund Operations Analyst and manager, his/her main missions will entail:

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Fund operational support :

o Support investment operations

o Monitor Fund cash levels and cashflow forecasts

o Follow-up on cash movements from Capital calls and Distribution

o Participate to due-diligence process with new investors

o Support the launch of new funds and investment SPV

  • Fund reporting and controlling:

o Update and insure the accuracy of data in the fund reporting system (eFront)

o Control (through reperformance or key controls) the Fund NAV prepared by the external accountant/administrator

o Ensure quality of data and communicate fund KPI to other departments within the group (Finance, Investment team, Sales, compliance….)

o Update the fund Depository/Custodian of all investments made by the fund and operations with investors

o Participate to the periodical review and drafting of internal procedures

  • Financial analysis and performance monitoring:

o Analyse fund performance, cashflow projections and prepare ad-hoc investor reporting

o Understand fund by-laws and prepare summary documents

o Participate to the production of quarterly reporting at fund level


• Master 1 or Master 2 in Finance,

• You are organized, rigorous and dynamic; you know how to show curiosity and enthusiasm

• Good command of Excel

• Fluent in French and English
