Intern wanted in our Production Site in Cassinetta (VA)

Are you: 

  • a Master’s Degree student in Engineering  (possibly with focus on WCM and lean manufacturing knowledge)?

  • a proficient Italian and English speaker, maybe with some international experience? 

  • a strong team player who shares our values and drive for innovation? 

  • a proactive and flexible problem solver? 

  • very familiar with Google Workspace (mainly Google Docs, Sheets and Slides)?

Internship description:

As WCM Engineer you will join the WCM Team, reporting directly to the Site WCM Manager. 

You will get practical WCM experience and your responsibilities will include:

  • Direct contribution as project leader/member to the improvement of factory production processes through the applications of WCM tools and methods.

  • Strategic support to WCM projects management in order to ensure the plant achieves financial goals (project planning, financial saving monitoring, resources allocation, delays monitoring).

  • Participation in daily Focused Improvement pillar activities, engaging and motivating the plant organization.

  • Cross-functional collaboration with the Production, Logistics and Quality Teams on a daily basis, acting as facilitator and providing coaching in phenomena identification, root cause analysis and the establishment of counter-measures. 

  • Support WCM audit preparation.
