We are seeking an HR Operations Intern (m/f/x). The right candidate is customer-focused, self motivated and has a very keen eye for detail. The successful candidate must have a high sense of ownership and accountability, agility to work in a fast paced tech savvy company with a go-getter attitude and a learning mindset.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison to other teams (Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, Office Management and IT) with the EU and India teams
Work on and support key employee life cycle processes from Onboarding to Separations delivering the WOW experience through the lifecycle of an employee. Assist and process the employees’ life cycle with onboarding, offboarding, leave management, talent management, benefits management, performance management and other employee changes.
Calculate, input, and audit payroll and timekeeping information in order to document and assure the accuracy of employee payroll processes in DE and other countries in the EU region as appropriate based on need basis
Responsible for maintaining and updating, if necessary, related HR policies, procedures and audits.
Troubleshoot problems with paychecks, tax deductions, timesheet issues, and other payroll-related matters and respond accordingly to inquiries.
Input, update and maintain all HR related data in a timely manner.
Maintain the accuracy of information and key changes as and when necessary and by deadlines as required
Meet set SLAs and KPIs with high standards
Carry out audits and checks on data changes to ensure accurate and timely payment of the employee population. Maintain, manage and regularly audit all electronic personnel files.

Fluent in English
Bachelor degree and/or equivalent work experience in Human Resources
Computer literate: Skilled in the operation of a MAC/PC, and proficient use of Google applications, and MS Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Very organized with impeccable attention to detail.
Knowledge of HR processes and systems
The ability to serve multiple customers and manage a wide variety of tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Experience working with KPIs and SLAs
Ability to work in international teams where team members are in different locations and belong to different cultures.
Ability to work in changing environment - Flexible
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with great sensitivity
High self-initiative, roll up your sleeves results-oriented mindset.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; an ability to objectively analyze current practices, identify process improvement opportunities and successfully influence and implement appropriate changes.
Project management experience is a plus.
