Morgan Stanley is a true global citizen, with offices around the world where talented, passionate people bring excellence and integrity to everything we do. Our vision and goals can only be achieved through hiring, training and rewarding the best people. We believe attitude is just as important as aptitude. We want to work with and develop students and graduates who show integrity and commitment to our core values, who share our commitment to providing first-class service to clients and who are open to innovation.

Our Technology division partners with our business units and leading technology companies to redefine how we do business in ever more global and dynamic financial markets. Our sizeable investment in technology results in leading-edge tools, software, and systems. Our insights, applications, and infrastructure give a competitive edge to clients' businesses-and to our own.

Depending on their technical skills, graduates attend either the Application Development or the Enterprise Engineering track of the training programme. This 15-week global programme includes an orientation to the firm, intensive technology training and an introduction to proprietary technologies, and culminates with a four-week group project. Analysts will be pre-placed to a department within Technology and, upon completion of the training programme; they will join a technology team that best matches their skills and interests.

Graduates will meet senior leaders who will guide, coach, and advise you while making life-long friends and business connections. We make sure our newest technologists are well poised for a successful career. Analysts will work with a broad set of languages, tools and platforms that help harness the power of their creativity.

Do you have a passion for technology, an interest in data analysis, and experience with programming, maths or other related fields? We're looking for people with excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills to become the next valuable member of our team.
