You will participate, within the M&A and Strategic Development team, in the development of the company. You will work in a reactive and very entrepreneurial environment. You will be exposed to all the strategic aspects of the group: analysis of the Asset Management market, its current events and the development of competition, reflections on strategic issues, execution of acquisition operations and investor relations.
Your missions will include in particular:
Strategic and financial analysis of investment opportunities / potential partnerships;
Preparation of marketing presentations;
Financial modelling and valuation;
Realization of sector studies and competitive intelligence;
Contribution to project management with transverse teams (Business, Communication, Marketing...).
You will thus be confronted with the Asset Management and investment industry, the development of a fast-growing entrepreneurial group in France and abroad and large institutional investors.
You are in your first or second year of Masters (business school, engineering school or university) with a first experience in Mergers & Acquisitions / Financing / Transaction Services;
You know how to adapt, are autonomous, proactive, curious and are organized;
You are rigorous and concerned about the respect of confidentiality;
You have a perfect command of Pack Office and are fluent in English.
