At Tikehau Capital, ESG is an essential part of the decision-making process, integrated into the fundamental analysis of our investment teams. This position is a real opportunity to be part of a growing alternative asset manager and provide practical solutions to our financial analysts and portfolio companies.
Research and analyze ESG, climate, and impact themes/indicators across a broad range of companies and sectors
Assist investment teams with ESG due diligence, ESG/impact action plans and monitoring.
Oversee ESG and other reports
Respond to questions from investors and other third parties regarding ESG/CSR and climate
Support other teams with their CSR projects
Carry out ad hoc projects to support our growing ESG activities
Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
Previous experience in ESG/impact or CSR project management
Previous experience in climate or quantitative research will be an advantage
Good team player, strong work ethic and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office Excel - Knowledge of financial tools and databases (e.g. Bloomberg) is also an asset
