ROLE SUMMARY - Visiting Associate
As a member of one of our case teams, you’ll work with and learn from some of the best minds in business. Ideas, not tenure, matter to us, so you’ll be able to make an impact from day one. Working at BCG will help you develop the skills and confidence you need in a supportive environment that respects the views of every individual. Hands-on learning, support from your team, and innovative training programs will allow for a smooth transition from the classroom to the real world of business.
You will collaborate in BCG project teams consisting of high performing members with different backgrounds and develop state of the art strategic approaches based on thorough fact-based analyses in order to deliver fundamental long-term impact to our clients.
Just as for a full-time Associate position, an internship at BCG will help you build your capabilities and provide you with training and coaching by senior BCGers on a diverse set of skills, from generating insight to presenting your high-impact recommendations to the client.
As Visiting Associate, you will get a true feel for the BCG experience and the life of a consultant. Successful Visiting Associates receive an offer for a full-time Associate position at BCG on completing their studies. You may apply at any time throughout the year. However, as this is an exclusive program with a limited number of slots, we strongly recommend that you contact us at the start of your penultimate year of studies. The internship itself can take place at any time during the year.
