As marketing intern in our Benelux team you will join and support our local sales teams in various topics and projects in marketing, as a true product manager assistant :

 

The Product Manager Assistant role:

  • Lead BIC participation main trade fairs all over Benelux including stand management and partnership with external event agencies.
  • Actively support the e-commerce marketing plan execution over Benelux both in B2C and B2B with focus on content management.
  • Support the market intelligence to identify & leverage key market & shopper trends to adapt local strategy & communicate internally to improve execution over time.
  • Collaborate efficiently with the Benelux Sales and Category Management teams to implement strong trade marketing and visibility plans on the market, aligned with national communication & promotions.
  • Support in planning and executing successful product launches, including market positioning, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop in close collaboration with the Product Managers and media agency relevant media approaches & plans as well as post-mortem activations analysis.
  • Monitor market, competition, and shopper trends to identify market opportunities and consumer preferences.
  • Execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, growth, and equity.
  • Collaborate with European cross-functional teams, including on product development, marketing/advertising, and public relation activity, to create, adapt and implement brand campaigns locally.
  • Set-up post-mortem analysis of marketing actions to improve the efficiency of the plans.

 

The daily missions :

  • Lead the key promotions visuals adaptation to customers set-up, being in close collaboration with design agencies and working with designs tools (Canva, Indesign,…)
  • Lead & manage the e-commerce operational execution by strongly supporting content management and making the operational link in-between global teams & local needs.
  • Set-up national & regional media campaigns to reach the defined marketing objectives & KPI’s
  • Collaborate closely with the different agencies (Artworks, media, …)
  • Develop and implement strong in-store strategies and collaborate with sales team on trade promotional strategies and specific sales incentives.
  • Ensure good follow-up and market application of the strategies and priorities in close collaboration with sales team.
  • Monitor market trends (Nielsen/GFK), competitor activities, and industry news in the Benelux region.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commercial or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch.
  • Strong interpersonal skills/relationship with stakeholders (internal & external)
  • Result-oriented and willing to learn mindset
  • Ability to move & drive project forward
