What makes you stand out as the ideal participant for this programme?

- You have graduated in 2024 or are graduating by September 2025, this position could be for you.
- You have less than 12 months' work experience (not including university placements, internships or part time roles).
- You are eligible to live and work in Germany.
- You have a degree and/ or masters in a relevant discipline, i.e. Business Engineering, Business Administration (having a technical understanding is preferable)
- You have a good level of verbal and written English and are also fluent in German.
What you could be doing:
Whilst also taking part in our “Yours to Shape” programme, in this role some of the things you will be working on are:
- Analysing sales data
- Generating initial leads
- Dealing with complaint management
- Developing sales skills
- Monitoring customer accounts
- Coordinating sales activities
- Overseeing sales strategy and processes
- Developing sales processes
- Developing and monitoring performance indicators
- Supporting the sales team in all people development related aspects
- Enhancing the sales culture within sales and other departments
