Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist Coordinator (f/m/d).

IN Madrid.

We are one of the best consultancies for strategic procurement and supply chain management. As an independent subsidiary of BCG, we offer the best of both worlds: in-depth expertise and high strategic competence and we are able to draw on a strong, international infrastructure, which makes us even more dynamic in the market. That's why we want to strengthen our team. With someone that matches our ambitions as well as our spirit. So that we remain not only very successful, but also very INVERTO.

VERY EXCITING FOR YOU.

Talent Acquisition. You will be responsible for the full-cycle sourcing and recruiting process in our Madrid office. This includes identifying suitable candidates through all relevant channels, shortlisting, applicant management and conducting interviews. In collaboration with the international TA & EB team you will ensure a steady talent pipeline for consulting and non-consulting staff as well as with the various stakeholders.

Active sourcing. You will identify, approach, and support the recruiting process of candidates, primarily through LinkedIn and you bring new and innovative ideas to engage diverse talent.

University Relations. You will build up relationships and manage target universities, organize, and attend talent fairs, university events, and workshops in coordination with the international TA & EB team.

Employer Branding. You will support the development and implementation of a wide range of local recruiting campaigns, social media activities and drive the development of employer branding in Spain. You will also lead wider Spanish recruiting events, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, in new and engaging formats.

HR General Topics. As the first HR point of contact in Spain you will act as a link between the local staff and the central HR functions, with regards to topics such as HR Operations support, Compensation & Benefits, collaborating with Staffing and Career Development.

VERY IMPORTANT FOR US.

You have completed your bachelors or master's degree, preferably with a focus on Human Resources, with a good grade.

You gained at least 1-2 years of professional experience in Human Resources with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition. Previous experience in a management consultancy/professional service firm would be an asset.

You have acquired first experience in actively sourcing candidates on professional networks such as LinkedIn. You are familiar with the use of boolean search and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

Independent working, flexibility and a high degree of reliability are second nature to you. In addition, you have a "can do" attitude combined with hands-on qualities. In addition you used to travelling and working with remote teams.

A confident manner as well as a strong service focus in an international working environment completes your profile, whereby you can also prove your communications skills in business English and Spanish. At least an intermediate level of Italian is also highly desirable.

Very INVERTO: Team player. Both feet firmly on the ground. Fair. Fun.
