About this opportunity:
As an Order Management Trainee, you will support the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Order Management team by ensuring efficient handling of customer orders either in excess and support flow or our volume flow. You will be responsible for keeping key stakeholders informed about material statuses and ensuring that planned orders align with forecasted shipping dates. Your role includes assisting supply sites with excess material inquiries, confirming and releasing customer orders based on the Global Production Plan (GPP) and ESST Commitment, and maintaining the orderbook to ensure all orders are up to date. Additionally, you will play a role in resolving pre-allocation issues and escalations while participating in critical business processes.
What you will do:
- Manage the flow of excess and support materials in SCM Order Management.
- Ensure stakeholders are informed about excess materials and that orders align with shipping forecasts.
- Assist supply sites with excess materials inquiries.
- Confirm and release customer orders based on GPP and ESST Commitment.
- Maintain and monitor the orderbook to ensure accuracy.
- Resolve pre-allocation issues and handle escalations as needed.
- Support other business-critical tasks as required.
The skills you bring:
- Basic understandings in logistics, order management - or other supply chain related fields.
- Basic knowledge on MS Office, good Excel skills are preferred (but not a must have).
- Proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
- Estonian and Russian skills are beneficial.
