Within the People team and in close collaboration with managers, your mission will be to attract and hire the best profiles to join our team. Through your daily work, you will have a direct impact on Skello's success.
Your mission will be based on:
- Own the full recruiting process from prospecting to signing the offer letter
- Collaborate with managers to identify and understand their hiring needs
- Identify and contact passive candidates to generate their interest for Skello
- Be their point of contact at every stage
- Analyze our results to see improvement margins
Our future Talent Acquisition Intern needs to:
- Have to possibility to sign an “university agreement” of at least 5 months
- Be a native Spanish (fluent in English is a plus)
- Be passionate about TA and feel comfortable with prospection of candidates on Linkedin/other recruiting tools and spending time on the phone.
- Be dynamic, organised and data driven
- Enjoy working in hyper-growth companies and be results-oriented
- Be available to start as soon as possible
Our recruitment process will consists of two steps :
- 1st Interview with Teresiana - HR intern - 30’ on visio
- 2nd Interview with Marc - General Manager for Spain - 45’ - in our office
- Reference check
