Your mission, roles and responsibilities
- Establish the Program schedule and follow up
- Follow up ECR (Engineering Change Requests) of the programs and assure on time delivery of the outputs
- Collect and update the Program documentation for the Program Manager and conducts review meeting
- Organize documentation to ensure Program continuity and to contribute to knowledge management
- Ensure the link between all functions as quality for validation, logistic for production management with the plant ECR coordinator
- Actively participate to the client audit and visits in the plant
- Ensure the compliance of Programs with Customer Quality systems, HSE, Safety and Regulation standards;
Your profile and competencies to succeed
- Master's degree
- Minimum English level required (C1)
- Polish and/or German is/are a plus
- First experience (AP/TR) in project or production management
- Strong planning and organizing skills
- Communication and interpersonnal skills
