Description of the department
The Client Service team acts, alongside with Sales teams, as a key interface with AXA IM Prime’ clients for all non-investment matters including reporting. Your main mission will be to support the Client Service team and the sales team on its day to day tasks and projects
Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :
Assist Client Service team & Business Development in their day to day tasks, and in particular :
• Participate to the onboarding process of clients : set up clients in AXA IM referentials, set up reports sending in AXAIM tools, etc…
• Monitor the delivery of the fund reporting to AXA IM Prime clients
• Assist sales in preparing monthly activity report for Management Board meetings
• Assist sales in defining target investor lists using various datebases
• Assist in referencing of AXA IM Prime’s strategies and funds on various consultant databases
• Monitor RFP sites such as Mandatwire, Global Fund search, etc. to identify potential RFP’s for AXA IM Prime
• Support the process in structuring AXA IM Prime’ answers to Requests for Proposals (‘RFPs’) or due diligence meetings (DD), from kick-off to pitch preparation. Contribute to the production of high quality content on AXA IM Prime expertise overall.
• Support the process of preparing ad-hoc client pitches using AXA IM Prime slide deck library
