As part of the Bobbi Brown EMEA (Europe Middle East Africa) regional marketing team, you will be at the junction between our international headquarters in New York and the 17 local markets part of the region.
Key responsibilities & tasks:
Working with the Product Manager in the EMEA headquarters based in Paris (Europe, Middle East, Africa, India) for the brand Bobbi Brown, the Product Marketing intern will be in daily contact with the 17 markets and the New-York headquarters to assist in strategic projects roll out and support the new product launches.
Key tasks:
- Participate in the creation of strong 360° (re)launch plans for product innovations covering all touchpoints and ensure a clear communication of the same to the markets in the form of Go-To-Market presentations
- Be one of the main contacts for the for markets’ current and future operational requirements across multiple categories
- Participating in the roll-out of launches and monitoring of brand strategy implementation (influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, etc) throughout the region.
- Adapt 360° marketing tools & design asset creation briefings (leaflets, media assets, Newsletters, Banners etc.) to fit specific local needs
- Driving market analysis as well as owned & earned media reportings to understand EMV/SOV performance
- Monitor marketing launches and coordinate marketing requests and ensure timely delivery of all materials.
- Manage post-launch reports and the extraction of tangible insights and learnings
- Drawing up a competition review: monitoring new products and related 360 activations
- Contribute to communicating best practices in the region
- Contribute to the logistical coordination of the department
- Support the implementation of a regionalized citizenship strategy
- Assist in driving the sampling & GWP strategies for the region
- Recommending, monitoring and challenging forecasts in line with the brand's global strategy and specific distribution requirements.

Qualifications
Student of higher education Bac +4/5 or Business School
First experience in Marketing needed
Fluent in French & English
Analytical skills – strong Excel skills needed
Autonomy / proactivity
Flexibility & ability to handle several projects / stakeholders / key contacts
Team spirit
Interest in beauty industry is a plus
