Context

Havea is a European leader in natural healthcare, generating c. €350m turnover through 6 strategic brands. The Group counts 1,000 employees between Paris and Montaigu (Vendée) headquarters, the production site in Montaigu (Vendée), the field salesforce and the international subsidiaries (Italy, Germany, Belgium, Canada). Group turnover is expected to double by 2027 with a combination of organic growth and M&A. Over the past seven years, Havea has strategically executed seven acquisitions, establishing a strong presence in a still very fragmented market and demonstrating our capacity for future M&A endeavors.

 

Missions

-         Conduct Financial Analysis: assist in analyzing financial statements, valuation models, and due diligence materials to support mergers and acquisitions activities.

-         Opportunity Assessment: evaluate potential M&A opportunities based on information received, perform initial assessments and provide recommendations based on preliminary findings.

-         Market Research: perform market and industry research to identify potential acquisition targets and provide insights into competitive landscapes.

-         Financial Modeling: support the creation and refinement of financial models to assess the viability and impact of potential deals.

-         Due Diligence: assist in the due diligence process by collecting, reviewing, and summarizing relevant financial and operational information.

-         Report Preparation: prepare presentations, reports, and summaries for senior management and stakeholders (shareholders / lenders), highlighting key findings and recommendations.

-         Project Coordination: help coordinate various M&A projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met efficiently.

Profile

First experience in corporate finance (M&A, PE, TS, audit) required

Interview process

First round – Interview with HR (30 min)

Second round – Interview (incl. technical aspects) with M&A Director (1h)

Final round – Interview with Group Deputy CEO, heading the M&A department (1h)
