Your mission:
Our Training & Event department is growing and we are looking for people who are eager to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Our Training & Event Organisation (TEO) department is made of 15 people managing the organisation of a wide range of events (local and EMEA training as well as client events).
The Training and Events Trainee will support the implementation of the learning and event strategy with PwC Luxembourg, including but not limited to classroom training, virtual classrooms, e-learning and customized in-house and offsite workshops.
Be a part of our team where you will:
- Help to deliver Live and Digital events and build your skills in the event industry;
- Shadow and learn from experienced events and trainings coordinators;
- Experience all aspects of event planning, promotion, and delivery;
- Support coordinators and program managers for everything linked to event planning and management;
- Liaise with Suppliers, Clients, and Speakers via email and hangouts;
- Support venue and activities finding;
- Provide on-site event assistance for in person and virtual events
- Prepare contracts and invoices for suppliers;
- Deal with communications management to participants, external providers, colleagues.

- Are currently studying for a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the Event or Communication field;
- Need to carry out an internship of 4-6 months within the framework of your studies as from September 2023 and your university can provide you with an internship agreement/convention de stage;
- Have a first experience and a strong interest in Event organisation;
- Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office environment;
- Have excellent organisational skills;
- Work autonomously and are able to multitasking even under pressure;
- Are proactive and closely manage deadlines;
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
