WHAT IS A JUNIOR BUSINESS ANALYST/MOA AT CREAM?
As a Business Analyst, you will actively participate in the delivery of large-scale projects and the continuous improvement of Cream's processes. Together, our goal is to help teams to transform their ideas into concrete and feasible projects. After having well-understood business strategic issues, you will bridge the gap between strategy and operations by facilitating communication and cooperation between them and the IT team.
YOUR TASKS :
Thus, you could :
- Interview project's stakeholders to precisely define their business needs
- Organize and animate workshops
- Analyze and model business or technical issues and propose solutions
- Participate in project follow-up: produce, prepare, and present reports
- Propose new indicators to have a better view of project progress
- Provide project's documentation
HOW DO WE IMAGINE OUR FUTURE CREAMER?
- You have a Master related to business, management, engineering, or Computer Science,...
- You have a minimum of 9 months of experience (internship, job, ...)
- You have a strong interest in the Information Technologies field and innovative solutions
- Knowledge of analysis or project management tools and methodologies is an asset
- You are fluent in French and English
