By Kilian, a fragrance brand founded by Kilian Hennessy and part of the Estée Lauder Group, is looking for an Product and 360° Marketing Assistant Intern. In this role, you will serve as a key support for the product marketing team on a daily basis.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
360° Marketing
- Assist in designing 360° campaigns, including a big idea, go-to-market strategy, and other activation tools.
- Support campaign shoot preparations, including creative research, coordination with local and creative teams at each key stage.
- Consolidate reports and analyze activations and product launches across markets.
- Conduct competitive research on best practices to formulate activation recommendations aligned with the brand’s DNA.
Product Marketing
- Conduct competitive product/price analysis & market research to provide product development recommendations.
- Manage mock-ups and press samples for all product and collateral developments.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative product analyses, tracking sell-in and sell-out of new launches and animation results.
- Follow up on artworks for product developments.
- Monitor the brand’s product assortment.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Currently enrolled in a Business School / Gap Year Internship.
- Previous internship experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Proactive, rigorous, and versatile.
- Strong aesthetic vision.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
