Welcome to Philips Hearing Solutions Brand Management

In Demant the Philips Brand Marketing team is located within the Global Marketing team. We are ensuring daily that the brand strategy is executed on a global scale. You will join a team consisting of 4 highly skilled campaign and brand experts with a strategic focus, working closely with our stakeholders in creative development and digital marketing as well as with our external agencies. The team is accountable for building and ensuring a comprehensive global marketing strategy and market position for Philips Hearing Solutions, that meets future trends from the hearing aid industry, customers, and consumers. The team is headed by the Brand Director, Philips Hearing Solutions.

 

Lay the foundation for solid project management skills

Your tasks will vary depending on where we are in the campaign development and will also consist of periodic tasks. You will be a crucial assistance for our Senior Campaign Managers.

In the role you’ll have tasks like this:

  • Supporting our campaigns with various tasks. Both smaller ones you will run by yourself and others that will be supporting the team
  • Being responsible for setting up our internal newsletter
  • Making overview of marketing materials, structure formats etc.
  • Updating our marketing- and brand portals
  • There might also be more manual tasks as organizing the small storage or packing items for our brand summit, so you need to be ready for that too

You will also get the chance to work on varying assignments and projects depending on our needs and your unique skills and interests. You will get all the relevant training in whatever systems we use. You do not need to know them beforehand.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • know your way around Excel and a fast learner
  • are currently studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree and have a minimum of 1 year left of your studies. We expect you to be interested in marketing, communications, and project management
  • are structured, outgoing, and proactive by nature and have an interest in managing many stakeholders
  • have experience with project management and coordination
  • are a team player, able to work efficiently and responsibly, and never too shy to ask
  • can work approx. 8-15 hours a week on varied terms to fit with your studies. We prefer you to work from our headquarters in Smørum close to Kildedal S-train station
