Nemho is a center of excellence for innovation and technology. It officially opened in May 2020 and supports all material technology companies of Broadview Holding.

Applications range from façade cladding to kitchens, design furniture, doors and retail interiors. Continuous investment to develop new and innovative products is a key part of the strategy.
The International Graduate Programme
The International Graduate Programme is our way of investing in young talents right out of university while developing future leaders for the companies in our business portfolio.
Innovation is at the core of the close cooperation between the companies. This requires substantial investment in an ongoing development in R&D capabilities and continuous improvement in operations. Use your analytical capabilities to challenge the current way of working and implement new solutions.
Over a period of 18 months, you will work on two or three challenging R&D projects. For example related to new product development, industrialization of innovations or process improvements. You will work out of Nemho in The Netherlands, but interact closely with the companies in the group. International travel up to 30% may be required. The International Trainee Programme is the first step in an innovation focused career track within the group. Who is the programme for?
- To participate, you require a master’s degree. The most relevant study background for our current R&D projects is chemistry, chemical engineering and material science.

As you might need to travel to other companies in the group during the programme, previous experience of living abroad indicates that you will be able to adjust to living in another country.
