Integrated into the SMB Sales department of Malt, your role will be a key position as a true "client hunter".
You'll receive all the inbound leads from French startups and scale-ups. Your role is to receive leads and process them according to business potential. You'll need to be able to identify the SMB's future Top Customers in order to increase the volume of business with them and create solid partnerships.
Even though accounts have lower business potential, these opportunities are still worthy of our attention to ensure they close business in the short term and generate revenue.
Key responsibilities ✨:
- Contact leads added to your portfolio through a mix of channels, e.g., email cadences, LinkedIn cadences, and cold calls
- Complete the first calls to qualify leads to estimate the account potential
- Identify key decision makers and add them into Salesforce
- Align with Account Executives to prepare and schedule demo meetings between leads and our Account Executives
- Provide feedback to the Growth team on lead quality and automation scripts
About you :
- Currently enrolled in business school or similar and are looking for an internship for January 2025 for a period of 6 months
- Ideally with a previous experience in a sales department
- Very proactive, organized, responsible, and autonomous
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish quality relationships with your contacts: clients
- Native French speaker with a fluent level of English, essential to be able to communicate with an international team

- Interview with Matteo (Team lead Account Executives) to discuss your experience and the role in more detail
- Then, you will receive a business role play case to prepare for your final meeting with another SMB Manager
- Your profile is validated, and will welcome you in our Parisian office in January 2025!
