Role & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Logistics & Trade Operations Student Analyst to join our team in Aarhus. In this role, you will be responsible for data and process analysis within trade execution, logistics, and contracting, as well as supporting the team with ad-hoc and day-to-day execution and contract tasks. Your work will include process mapping, data-driven process improvements, and cross functional collaboration to enhance operational efficiency. You will also assist with contract creation, maintenance of SOPs, and general trade execution tasks to ensure smooth and structured workflows.
We offer approximately 15-20 hours a week, with tasks including:
Mapping core processes within contract, logistics, and trade execution functions.
Analyzing data to define and implement process improvements.
Supporting the implementation of process optimization and automation projects.
Assisting with contract management, including contract creation and reporting.
Maintaining data and work on daily execution tasks within the logistics team.
Expected skills & Experience:
In this role, you’ll join an international culture where English is the corporate language, so we expect you to be comfortable communicating both in written and spoken English. Additionally, we expect that you:
- Are in the final stage of your Bachelor’s degree or early in your Master’s degree in Economics and business Administration, Operations & Supply Chain Management, or a similar field.
- Are passionate about supply chain and process optimization and have an interest in developing a data and IT skillset.
- Have experience with Power BI or similar data analytics tools as well as process mapping tools (beneficial but not a dealbreaker
- Are structured, detail-oriented, and proactive with a high level of responsibility.
