We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled at the university (Bachelor or Master's) in Business Administration, Economics, or similar another business related field, where you have worked with Excel & numbers.
To be successful in this role, you need to be and have:
Be aware that we are looking for a candidate, who work 2-3 times a week. We offer more flexibility during your exam period.

How to contribute to our vision

- Support the Claim Management team in their daily work and miscellaneous business administration topics
- Supporting the documentation, preparation, and maintenance of claims/change orders
- Activities connected with data analysis and cost controlling
- Extracting data (e.g from SAP)
- Structure documentation on SharePoint
What you need to make a difference
We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled at the university (Bachelor or Master's) in Business Administration, Economics, or similar another business related field, where you have worked with Excel & numbers.
To be successful in this role, you need to be and have:
- Structured and organized
- Communication and team skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Familiar with SAP and Microsoft Office Excel
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken is an absolute must. If you know any additional languages it is considered a plus, but not a strict requirement
- To be able to work as a part of a team
- To be proactive and feel confident reaching out to different stakeholders. In relation to this, you also need to feel confident having online meetings, since not all stakeholders will be in the same office.
