YOUR ROLE
As a member of the Marketing and Strategy team at global level, you will gain international exposure and recognition as a strategy expert supporting Business Units to reach out their full potential when partnering with these key stakeholders.
Your mission will be a direct consulting role with Merchants Sales and Operational Marketing of these Business Units (Latin America & Europe). You will have a direct impact and after 2/3 months you shall be able to manage relationships with some Business Units with autonomy.
You will join a team of high seniority and with global stature: Global Business Excellence. You will report to the global head of merchant partnerships.
KEY OBJECTIVES
The Partnerships strategy Intern will have 3 core missions:
- Go To Market for Business Units
- You will help in defining the commercial strategy of 3 to 4 Business Units:
- Segmentation and organization for the commercial team
- Pricing strategy
- Coverage and affiliation strategy (merchants network development)
- KPIs and commercial strategy for small businesses (merchants)
- You will develop a dashboard for performance in the relationship with small businesses management (restaurants, gas stations...) within Business Units
- You will collaborate with head of merchants / Small merchants to roll out this dashboard within our Business Units (Brazil, Mexico, Italy…)
- You will develop in collaboration with our CX team an AI analytics tool to assess relevancy of our network and coverage
- Relationship with Business Units
- You will prepare business presentations, playbooks and wildcards to spread understand of group strategy on partners merchants
YOUR PRFOFILE
Education & experience
- Master from a top business or engineering school, looking for a gap-year or a final-year internship
- A first successful internship experience in consulting, e-commerce payment or similar fast-paced environment is a plus
Skills
- Motivated team player
- Analytical skills (database analyses, business plan modeling)
- Good business sense
- Strong communication skills (oral, written)
- Rigorous, organized and autonomous
Languages required
- Fluent in French and English
- Other languages a strong plus: Spanish, Portuguese
