You will be joining a small and dynamic Funding and FP&A team with responsibilities, amongst other, for supporting the investment teams, the Group’s capital structure and bank relations, performance management reporting and valuation of portfolio companies.
It is important to us that you do not only excel at work, but also in your academic studies and hence work hours are flexible. We expect you to work 15 - 20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
As a Student Assistant in A.P. Møller Holding you will apply knowledge and skills from your academic background. You will develop and learn from your experienced colleagues and some of your responsibilities will be to:
- Crunch numbers and whip up reports to keep funding flowing and forecasts sharp
- Coordinate schedules and prep materials for meetings (spreadsheets and slides)
- Updating databases with financial information about A.P. Møller Holding and our portfolio companies
- Assisting the team with various projects and ad hoc tasks
- Administrative tasks.

This position is likely to suit somebody who:
- Is studying on their last year of bachelor or first year of master preferably on Cand.Polit, CBS or similar;
- Is proactive, approachable, ready to make a difference, and most importantly service minded;
- Has excellent analytical skills and is comfortable working in excel and powerpoint;
- Approaches tasks with a high level of energy, curiosity and is open to challenges;
- Has a flair for communication and good interpersonal skills;
- Thrives in a busy work environment and is motivated by the international scope of our business;
- Is able to work with a reasonable level of ambiguity and complexity, as the days and tasks can very a lot, hence a can-do attitude is a must;
- Enjoys taking ownership and responsibility.
Our working language is English. While speaking Danish is not a requirement, a student work permit is required if you are not an EU citizen.
