As as Business Process owner, I am a cornerstone of the organization, working on improving our Company processes, successfully managing the DMAIC process (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) for the area of responsibility. Centrally positioned in the organization, he/she is the link between the group function represented and all the other areas/ Countries.
🎯 TASKS
- Project Management
- Process design and implementation
- IT needs functional definition
- Processes improvement in order to reach expected efficiency, reduce cost, ensure sustainability and maximize profitability.
- Align processes between areas (Transversal & End to End vision)
- Advising management of process breaches or interruptions
- Support functional areas during training and change management
- Regularly assessing the condition of the process to ensure business objectives accomplishment
- Initiating, sponsoring, and steering the improvement efforts that will make the process capable
👉 MUST HAVE SKILLS
- Process and Tools design
- Logistics and supply chain management
- English fluent
- Project management
- Tools : WMS, WCS, IA…
