About the Job
For this position, you’ll be part of the Dr.Jart+ EMEA Marketing team supporting the Marketing Manager on building Product Operational Marketing Strategy in EMEA (+18 markets), driving brand awareness and increasing market share.
About Your Responsibilities
Key tasks:
Product Marketing & Strategy:
- Adapt the global product strategy for the EMEA region, including updates to the marketing calendar, product assortment, and trade marketing initiatives.
- Develop strategies for new product launches, focusing on pricing, competitive analysis, and key claims.
- Collaborate with the Global team to identify opportunities for new product launches by providing market insights and constructive feedback on formulas.
Visual Merchandising:
- Support visual merchandising activities for ongoing projects and new store openings, including planogram creation, ensuring excellence in in-store displays and coordination with the Visual Merchandising team.
Coordination with all EMEA markets and corporate teams:
- Act as the primary point of contact for EMEA affiliates and the Global team, addressing product-related inquiries and providing marketing assets.
- Partner with the online team to craft Dr.Jart+ product copy tailored for e-retailers.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Conduct competitive reviews and provide insights to identify market opportunities.
- Prepare launch recaps and consolidate monthly EMEA performance highlights.
- Monitor and analyze monthly retail sales and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
An internship agreement provided by your school is mandatory.

About You
Available 6 months starting July 2025
Minimum Education Level:
Higher Education (Bac + 5, from a Business school or university)
Minimum Years and Area of Experience:
2nd internship of gap year (cesure) or end-of-study internship. Interest in the cosmetics sector. Previous, relevant product marketing experience.
Required Language Proficiency:
Fluent in English (language of work) and ability to speak French.
