Your Mission

We are looking for a Brand Project Management Intern. Your role will be to support the Marketing Orchestration team in its ongoing projects. You will act as a brand gatekeeper and work closely with strategic and creative people as well as various teams of the company (product, marketing) across different markets such as France, Spain, Brazil, Poland and Ukraine.


Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the creative team workload, keep good track of project key steps, update the roadmap accordingly 
  • Work closely with our Designers and wider Marketing team to complete projects, learning how to bring communications alive and understanding how to get messages across various channels 
  • Understand project requirements, brief process and ideas
  • Make competitive review and benchmark to understand and share knowledge among category and beyond 
  • Understand and apply global brand guidelines to all content


Your Qualifications

  • You are enrolled in a masters program, available for a 6-month (mandatory) internship starting in July 2024
  • Practical knowledge of Office / Google suite 
  • Prior experience / background with an Advertising Agency or Creative Studio inside a company
  • You are curious, have good communication skills, you enjoy sharing & learning from others
  • You embrace change, are able to take a step back, prioritize, and focus on added-value tasks
  • You have a results-driven and impact-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English & French
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / After Effects / Figma
