Back Market Pro (BM4B - Back Market for Business) is the service dedicated to helping companies buy refurbished tech for employees and reduce their carbon footprint. The team is in charge of building the foundations of the offer and gain market share on that new segment for Back Market. We are an agile start-up within the scale up. 


As a Global Seller Success Intern, you will act as the go-to resource for our valued refurbishers and partners (the Sellers), negotiating batch of qualitative devices, at a great price for our corporate clients. You will also contribute to the definition of our Sales strategy, data analysis, and amelioration of sales processes. 




Your Mission (If You Accept It):

  • Identify & recruit top sellers to join Back Market for Business to generate extra B2B sales,
  • onboard & assist sellers to be properly setup (catalog, order management),
  • Understand sellers ecosystem, needs and constraints to adjust setup accordingly (i.e. working with integrators),
  • Manage a portfolio of sellers, and own their Sales and quality performance on our B2B platform,
  • Provide key insights from raw data and current situations (analyze databases, KPI major trends, or qualitative data) for actionable recommendations,
  • you will manage an international portofolio as we run operations in EU & US.




You’re At The Right Place If:

  • Looking for a 6-month full-time internship from July/August to December 2024 in Paris
  • English and French are no-brainers (fully professional capability). If you’re extra cool and speak more languages, bonus points for you!
  • You ideally had previous experiences in sales/business development in a fast-paced environment. 
  • You are not afraid with change and are read to constantly adjust processes
  • You have strong organizational and listening skills, and you are creative
  • Sales mindset oriented with an appetite to find new clients & close deals (through phone calls and mailing mostly)
  • You are an amazing team player, but also know how to work with autonomy and have a lot of drive with a can-do / will-do attitude




About the Internship:

  • Starting date is from July/August, 2024
  • Duration : 6 months (Full-time = 35h/week)
  • Location : Paris 18, France
  • You must have an internship agreement provided by your current school and allowing you to do this internship in France
