The Global Travel Retail team : in the highly dynamic environment of Travel Retail (airports, cruiselines, bordershops, downtown dutyfree shops), our team is dedicated to make live experiences and promote with passion the excellence of our Moet Hennessy Wines & Spirits portfolio.

The team is composed of people working all around the globe with 4 defined regions: Travel Retail Middle East – Travel Retail Asia – Travel Retail USA- Travel Retail Europe.

The “Global Travel Retail Team” or “the central” is based in Paris, working closely with the 4 regions and with the Moet Hennessy Maisons, building the vision, mission and strategy and deploying it for Moet Hennessy in Travel Retail.

The Moët Hennessy Global Travel Retail is looking for a Creative and Agile Marketing Assistant.

As part of the Global Travel Retail Team based in Paris, you will support the Global head of marketing, in charge of Hennessy brand (most strategic brand of Moet Hennessy), in the development and roll-out of 2024/2025 marketing plans.



  • Assist in the creation of the 360° launch-pack and tools development for 2024 projects, e.g. Chinese New Year programme
  • Support the Regional Marketing teams (Asia, Europe, USA, Middle East) in the implementation of activations, as well as any Marketing related questions (product information and assets, distribution strategy, …)
  • Provide guidance to regions for qualitative implementation of promotional & sales plans: visual assets priorities, e-retail, CPIs…
  • Establish a positive collaboration with Maison counterparts for smooth exchange of information and assets on various marketing programs
  • Assist in the construction of the 2025 Brand Plan
  • Lead strategic business tools maintenance: visuals platform, assets management platform, newsletter
  • Prepare internal presentations: launch reports, business updates, best practices, team meetings…
  • Monitor competitors’ activities, marketing and creative intelligence


  • Currently in a Business School or equivalent (Master level or Bac+5)
  • Extensive understanding of Marketing/Brand Management concepts
  • Previous internship in marketing environment and luxury environment, an experience working with external agencies would be a strong plus
  • Languages: English + French fluent, written and spoken, Mandarin would be a plus
  • Passion for luxury brands / Wines & Spirits
  • International experience through studies or previous internships 
  • Interested in Asian culture/ knowing Asian culture

CONTRACT: 1-year “alternance” contract starting from September 1st 2024 preferred rhythm 3 weeks - 1 week at school or 4 days-1 day at school.
