Company Description

With more than 3000 employees Deloitte is the largest audit and consultancy firm in Denmark. We tailor solutions across Audit, Tax, Financial Advisory Services, Enterprise Risk Services, and Consulting.

Take responsibility for the transformation agendas of tomorrow and join Major Programmes. We deliver results for our clients by leading strategic implementations and business transformations through project, programme and portfolio management, PMO services and related advisory. Our unique approach accelerates high-impact programmes by enabling organisations to anticipate, shape, and manage change across a programme's lifecycle.

Job Description

We are a collaborative and diverse team, and pride ourselves on a culture that encourages you to take the lead on your own career development - with guidance from our many experienced colleagues. We work with talented colleagues from nearly all of Deloitte's many offerings, across industries and with both public and private clients. Your role will vary between projects according to experience, skillset, development plan and client needs, but our engagements always have one thing in common: you will play a key role in bringing to life some of the most innovative transformations for iconic and pioneering global businesses with roots in Denmark or the Nordics.

In this role, you will make an impact by:

  • Supporting project managers and project teams on client assignments with core project management activities, including planning, resource management, risk management, budgeting, project reporting, etc.
  • Performing analyses to aid problem solving and proposing solutions within your project team
  • Managing stakeholders to enhance our understanding of client needs and build lasting relationships
  • Contributing to presentations, planning, and facilitating workshops either virtually or physically at client site

You will also play a key role in developing the Major Programmes practice, as we constantly strive for the cutting-edge within our core capabilities, industry insights, and collaboration within Deloitte globally.

Our promise

We offer a world-class professional network and the opportunity to work with projects and clients that will present a steep learning curve. We will both challenge and support you throughout your career with market-specific training, certifications and mentoring. You will be assigned a 'Buddy' with similar seniority to lean on, and a Talent Manager to help you shape your career with Deloitte, guiding you in exploring the many career paths that lay before you.

Qualifications

All curious and passionate candidates are encouraged to apply. Our team consists of people with several different professional, educational, and personal backgrounds - and when it comes to diversity, the more the merrier. To be successful, we expect that you:

  • Have completed a master's degree with strong academic results by 1 September 2024 (or within the previous 2 years) - we are not picky about your field of study, as long as you can demonstrate its value
  • Have acquired some experience from positions as a student assistant or internships, preferably within IT or business transformation, from another consultancy or a large private or public sector organisation
  • Show eagerness in understanding and developing skills within project management and large-scale transformations
  • Have permission to live and work in Denmark
