The Role š
Following a Series D round of funding and our acquisition of COMATCH, we are now not just the Europeanās largest marketplace for freelance tech and digital talent, but also for independent consultants. In the heart of Brussels, we are assembling a highly motivated and entrepreneurial team to drive accelerated growth. We are looking for a curious and ambitious Business Development Associate to support the Business Development team in establishing Maltās presence in the Belgium market, with a focus on Corporate.Ā
Key responsibilities āØ
- Set up prospection strategies with the Key Account Managers to tailor the outreach to the needs of their clients
- Identify key decision makers and influencers and target them with a personalised outbound strategy
- Set up multi-channel sequences across email, Linkedin & phone. Adapt strategy based on (new & existing) verticals & personas.
- Support the sales team in developing account plans & strategiesĀ
- Support the marketing team with marketing related campaigns & by leveraging marketing content & events.
About you š§āš
- 1+ years experience working as a BDA/SDR
- Confident communicator with a persuasive and engaging writing style, not afraid to pick up the phone
- Tech-savvy, analytical & ready to master our stack of tech and reporting tools
- Fast learner with a strong initiative and drive to make an impact
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, a true team player
- Fluent in English and French, Dutch is a plus!

- Screening with Sereh, (Talent Acquisition Assistant) , to better understand your background, aspirations and answer your questions. (30 minutes)
- Interview with Wout (Senior Business Operations Manager), your future manager, to discuss your experience and how it would align with this role (45 minutes)
- Prepare a case study which youāll then present to Sebastiaan (BU Director BE) and Sebastien (Head of BDA) (1 hour)
- Final interview with Malik (Head of Benelux) and Geoffry (Sales Director NL) to discuss Maltās long term vision and to check any remaining questions (30 mins)Ā
