Working with the Marketing team in the EMEA headquarters (Europe, Middle East, Africa - based in Neuilly sur Seine), the Marketing Assistant will take part in the End to end Marketing strategy of the Eye product category for the 19 European affiliates, and will oversee in the below missions:

Key responsibilities:

- Assist the Marketing Manager to design, implement, and oversee comprehensive regional marketing strategies and campaigns for the category, aligned with brand objectives and budget allocation.

- Support the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from product development, forecast, pricing, distribution, Media plan, and creative brief, to multi-channel commercial activations.

- Ensure proper implementation of the Marketing strategy with the markets, track and analyze 360 campaign performance through key metrics, generating reports and insights to assess success and implement improvements.

- Drive competition watch to nourish Marketing team on relevant consumer insights / trends in EMEA.

- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure cohesive execution of marketing efforts and alignment with business goals.

Your Profile:

Master newly graduate from higher education Bac +4/5 or Business Schools.

First experience in Marketing, ideally in Go to Market campaign is required.

Proactive with a strong ability in project Management to be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Entrepreneur attitude, curious and able of agility.

Structured, results oriented and good attention to detail.

Excellent English communication and human relations skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong interest in social media and Tik Tok enthousiast!
