Program Overview:

The Eaton Commercial Early Talent Leadership Development Program is a three-year program that involves three unique, 12-month assignments across different business and 2 different countries and Eaton locations. Two assignments are in commercial area meaning it is a role in the sales organization and one assignment is in the operations area which will help you to gain experience in supply chain and manufacturing part of our business.  

 


  • The program roles will start in different locations: Titchfield (UK), Budapest (Hungary), Istanbul (Turkey), Ankara (Turkey), Espoo (Finland), Warsaw (Poland), Casablanca (Morocco), Belgrade (Serbia).  
  • The program is planned to start beginning of September 2024. 
  • Potential Commercial Assignment include: business intelligence, technical support, quotation engineering, application engineering, product management, strategic sales etc. 
  • Potential Operations Assignments include: lean/continuous improvement, quality, project management, supply chain management, project management, logistics etc. 

 

After completion of the program, your experience and newly acquired skills could lead you in a variety of leadership career paths within sales and commercial divisions of Eaton. 

 


Required Qualifications:

  • Currently possesses, or will have obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business and / or Engineering (economics, business administration, marketing, data science or engineering major in electrical, environmental, mechanical, industrial, industrial & systems, computer, chemical, engineering technology, engineering management, applied engineering; or other STEM background) with a graduation date no later than August 2024 
  • Work or internship experience is a plus (max 3 years of experience) 
  • Desire to build a leadership career in multinational company  
  • Leadership aptitude and/or demonstrated leadership experience within university or community 
  • Self-motivated and a strong desire to achieve results 
  • Geographical flexibility to relocate within the EMEA for the duration of the program 
  • Fluent in English and any other further language is a plus
