You'll have the chance to play an active role and contribute to the success of the function, and with this you'll gain industry knowledge and experience whilst developing relationships.

We are looking for a curious and collaborative Growth & Engagement Marketing Trainee to join our team to work with all members of the Growth and Engagement Marketing team to build, execute, and measure our paid media and email marketing activities across EMEA and North America.
You will be involved in:
- Supporting the digital activation channel specialists to execute our paid media strategy by supporting on projects helping to improve client segmentation and targeting
- Working closely with digital activation team members to manage deliverables from our global agency partner, ensuring we launch campaigns on time
- Creating monthly or quarterly reports reports for stakeholders to educate teams on paid advertising performance and learnings
- Building a test and learn program with channel managers to ensure we are collecting data to answer questions about how our channel strategy performs or what ways we can improve it
- Maintaining an assets library of creative ads and content across our campaigns, making sure files are up-to-date, properly complied. Also, support process to update or revise creative files as needed, in partnership with the Brand team
What do we need from you?
- Interest in different marketing channels like social media, search marketing, and banner advertising
- Open minded and enthusiastic
- Curiosity with an interest in digital marketing strategies, best practices, and the competitive landscape
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Natural instinct for collaboration and working in cross-functional teams
- Keen attention to detail
- To be a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- We are unable to accept industry placement year students onto this programme
- We require all applicants to have the right to work in the UK until at least January 2027
