The role
As Logistics Student Assistant at Factbird, you'll support our sales organization by providing valuable logistics and supply chain operations assistance. This part-time role requires a commitment of 15-20 hours per week, allowing you to gain hands-on experience while balancing your studies.

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Prepare and ensure that our hardware is operational and up to our quality standards.
  • Handle internal communication with sales, align and answer any questions regarding our product's availability, and support salespeople's requests to bring the hardware for visits.
  • Manage return material authorizations via our customer support platform.
  • Handle raw material and shipping to manufacturers.
  • Work with our inventory management system and utilize its functions to perform various logistics-related tasks.

  • Currently studying for a degree within the Logistics or SCM field.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Available and open to working mostly on-site.
  • Experience in handling B2B or e-commerce shipments is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics software.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to processes.
