Attached to the Group's Finance Department at Head Office, the Shareholders' Service Department's missions are, on the one hand, to contribute to the implementation of the Shareholders' Guide by offering a service dedicated to individual shareholders and, on the other hand, to centralize the management of Air Liquide shares (stock transactions, centralization of the General Shareholders' Meeting, monitoring of the capital and of the issue account).
Within this department, the "Employee Shareholding" division is responsible for managing the portfolio of employee-shareholders present in the 80 countries of the Group by keeping the Shareholder Register up to date, processing requests for the early release of employee shares and by exercising stock options and allocating performance shares. This management is done directly for employee-shareholders in France and via HR correspondents in the other Group countries.
With the support of our teams and your manager, you will carry out the following tasks:
These missions will lead the trainer to collaborate with the employee shareholding advisors, the Human Resources in the countries outside France and the experts of the other Divisions of the Shareholder Services Department (Asset management, account management, shareholder relations, taxation)

- Support for the organization of training of international HR correspondents in the other Group countries.
- Contribute to the alignment of worldwide processes about employee shares management, support the creation of a user manual and database cleaning.
- Accompany Shareholders in the resolution of their requests through our CRM tool.
