✨ Your Profile

  • Dutch is your first language, and you are fluent in English
  • You have a high school degree or a bachelor's degree
  • You have an interest in online marketing products
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus, but not mandatory

✅ Your Responsibilities

  • Assist users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email, chat and social messaging channel
  • Understand the business goals of the clients and support them through a chat system
  • Provide high-quality customer service
  • Adapt the brand’s voice and tone
  • Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues
  • Respond to inbound customer requests, document relevant case information
