Project Management / Turnaround Planner

The function is located at one of the ALBI (Air Liquide Benelux Industries) sites., The geographical work area will be mainly the Netherlands and Flanders, ranging from the Botlek-area (Rotterdam) up to the Antwerp Sites where H2, CO, CO2, O2, N2, Ar, syngas, steam and electricity are produced in different units. The TAR preparator is a member of the NEC (North Europe Cluster) TAR team and will work in close collaboration with the TAR leaders, the ALBI inspection team and the site's maintenance and operation teams: mainly maintenance technicians, engineers, technology team and production manager .

Successful fulfillment of the role results in managing all elements in relation to
TAR scheduled dates and target finish dates.

• Scoping
  
  • Participate (pro)actively in TAR scope definition and collection in close collaboration with local and cluster teams.
• Work preparation
  
  • Analyzing of the TAR scope works, assemble technical specifications and prepare work packages for a defined part of the scope to guide field crews to perform safe and efficient field works;
  • Systematically review and update existing work packages;
  • Assist the TAR leader with the global aspects of TAR preparation like Develop a site mobilization/preparation plan and demobilization plan, execution planning,P&ID mark-up, field labeling ....
  • Assist the TAR leader in coordination with the TAR procurement manager the TAR purchasing management for both material and contracts (Supplier selection, RFQs reviews,...)
• Execution
  
  • Field supervision during the executing of work packages during TAR for a defined part of the scope
  • Troubleshooting and update plans with any approved change orders and developing new plans that arise during the turnaround
  • Performing pre-start up safety and reliability reviews, including punch lists
• Evaluation
  
  • Actively contribute to the registration of the lessons learned during TAR and closing to loop for next TAR's

Experience and education:

• At least 2 years of experience in a technical/maintenance/operational role in the refining, petrochemical or utilities industries
• Education: MBO or higher
• Extensive knowledge of various mechanical skills like : pipe fitting, welding, boiler making, NDT techniques and interpretation,...
• Proficient in reading mechanical drawings, blueprints, isometrics, P&IDs
• Relevant TAR experience is a plus
• Master the computer tools related to his function, especially Google spreadsheets, knowledge of MAXIMO is a plus
