We are looking for new talents motivated to enrich their professional curriculum through an internship as Junior HR in the Human Capital Team of Generali Real Estate SpA.

As a Junior HR, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, providing valuable support to our HR team. You will have the opportunity to apply your analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and contribute to decision-making processes.
During the Internship you will have the opportunity to support the team in the following activities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Supporting in strategic processes such as Performance Management, Salary review and Budget analysis
- Provide support in handling employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues
- Prepare presentations to communicate findings to key stakeholders
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Orion, the Generali Group Performance Management platform
- Supporting in ESG HR KPIs collecting and GRESB data providing
- Supporting the HR team on various special projects and initiatives as assigned
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, and responding to inquiries
Requirements
Don't hesitate to apply if you have the following requirements:
- Degree in Labor Consultant, Law or HR related fields
- A previous experience in HR role is considered a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel an Power Point
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated interest in Human Resources practices
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
- Fluency in Italian and English.
