Category Manager - Temporary Contract
For the Italian Sales & Marketing department within our Consumer Goods Organization, we are looking for a Category Manager to join the Customer Marketing Department in our Legnano Offices.
Please note this announcement is for a Temporary Contract of 12 months.
What You Will Do
Deliver range review recommendations to assigned customers.
Develop shelf approach recommendations based on data and insights, and build planograms for our partner clients
Support Sales proactively in defining customer strategies and advising them on what to do for the categories managed.
Develop support material for innovation and key activities (folders, teasers, displays, pop material, in-store communication…)
Prepare and present Business Reviews, Action Plans and Projects with high visibility at all levels of the company (Top management, Marketing, Sales)
Cascade monthly reports (tracking market, brands, retailer performances, causes and effects) to the Business Unit
Assist the team in the Business Planning Cycle
Who You Are
You have a degree education In Economy, Marketing or equivalent.
You have a previous experience in a similar role (Consulting, Controlling, Analytical Marketing) in a Complex FMCG Company;
You are familiar with Nielsen tools and database (or IRI), and Excel;
You have strong data analysis skills and the ability to summarize effectively;
You are fluent in English and Italian both;
Are you in possession of a car, since our offices cannot be reached by public transportation
