As part of the European Management team, you will be involved in managing E-business projects (E-wholesale, E-commerce, CRM, media) as part of Guerlain's business growth and transformation.
In this capacity, your missions are as follows:
DIRECT E-COMMERCE
Analyze the key performance indicators of certain guerlain.com sites by means of weekly reports in order to set up action/acceleration plans with the countries.
Support the team in defining the gifting & sampling strategy and provide back-office input
Ensure proper execution of e-merchandising and report any improvements/bugs to the HQ team.
Support markets in their traffic acquisition and conversion strategies (Paid search, paid social, influence, CRM)
Support the team in sales forecasting and inventory management.
E-WHOLESALE
Support markets in their e-distribution strategy and conduct regular audits of our doors to help elevate the brand.
Lead sell-out acceleration projects in partnership with marketing and sales teams: ratings & reviews campaigns, retail media, specific activations, etc.
Support local deployment of 2025 online animation plans (validation of campaign assets).
Conduct 360° competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and share best practices.
Profile:
Master's level 1 or 2, from a business school or university.
You are fluent in English, Excel and Powerpoint.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, and are rigorous, autonomous and responsive.
This internship will start in July 2025, for a period of 6 months.
Location - 1st arrondissement, Paris.
