The Online Strategic Initiatives Coordinator will report to the Online Strategic Initiatives Director. After 8 years working at the Boston Consulting Group, the Online Strategic Initiatives Director joined the ELC Online Strategy team 4 years ago, leading main strategic considerations and projects for EMEA Region. She is reporting to the EMEA Vice President, Digital Commerce & Marketing.
Hence the job is a regional job, serving all EMEA countries (17) and all brands (15), to collaborate on projects focused on key online strategic initiatives for the EMEA region.
We are looking for a 6 months role starting in July 2025.
It is the opportunity to discover a lot on various online topics (from digital marketing and e-commerce business to supply chain, Consumer care, Media, CRM, Data, Content), through all channels (Direct to consumer, e-retailers, pure players, Marketplaces, Omnichannel…) and all the ELC brands, in an international environment.
The selected candidate can expect continuous leadership development, hands-on practical experience and a strong exposure with the Affiliates and Regional Brand Teams.
Key tasks:
- Follow the progress of the 3 years Online Strategy defined in Spring 2025: monitor key actions implementation, update KPI, help different workstreams to prepare the slides for ad-hoc sessions
-Realize a monthly reporting to Global audience about OL performance by channel
-Support the animation of weekly calls with the DCM community
- Proactively drive in partnership with the Online Strategic Initiatives Director some confidential projects and analysis (e.g. our distribution strategy, AI initiatives)
-Support the analysis of one of our Key Shopping Moments’ performance: Cybermonth, during November / December
- Support the Online Strategic Initiatives Director in her daily tasks + can support on an ad hoc basis other functions on specific topics
Skills required:
-Minimum Education Level: BAC+5
-Minimum Years and Area of Experience: 1
-Required Language Proficiency: Fluent English required / French is a plus
