We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our Project Managers team and actively participate in organizing and updating our digital content

These challenges await you:
  • You will support the project management in various project management tasks, such as preparing and following up on project meetings, creating status reports, scheduling, and much more
  • You will manage Social Intranet page of data platform consolidation team by creating engaging articles and posts to keep the community, stakeholders and the management informed about our strategic work
  • You will bring new ideas to the project team and the department
  • You will accompany the transformation of our department and support our cross-functional teams
Qualifikationen
  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Communications, IT)
  • Ideally, you have some initial experience in project work or PMO tasks or you are willing to acquire these skills
  • You have a strong passion for crafting engaging articles and effectively managing web pages
  • Preferably, you already have knowledge of one or more of the following tools: PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, Confluence, or Jira
  • You quickly adapt to different topics and are willing to go the extra mile for project success
  • You challenge the status quo and independently tackle necessary changes, focusing on the essentials without getting lost in details
