What you'll do
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, trends, and competitive products, and analyze the data to provide insights for sales strategies
- Manage customer interactions and support relationships through communication and problem-solving
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, inventory management, and sales reporting
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and individual customer promotion offers
- Analyze sales data to track progress and identify areas for improvement, recommending actionable strategies
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills, product knowledge and understanding of the industry
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to align sales activities with business objectives and contribute to integrated campaigns and promotions
- Maintain accurate sales records, track customer interactions, and compile market research findings into reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitors while pursuing professional growth and skill development
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in business administration, marketing or a related field
- Prior internship or work experience in sales or marketing would be a plus
- Fluent in spoken and written German for client engagement, English language skills are a plus for internal communication
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently or in teams, with a passion for the FMCG industry and sales
