In order to support the transformation of our organization and in particular of our Staffing as well as of our Training & Development activities, with a focus on Leadership, we are currently recruiting an HR Analyst in a VIE contract.

As HR Analyst, you will join a dynamic and enthusiastic team of 4 people and report to the Learning & Development and Staffing Manager and will coordinate some projects and operations linked to the Staffing activities and to the Training & Competencies Development activities for our plant of Châtelet. Right people, at the right place, with the right competencies - this is our target.


In this role, you will be in charge of the following:

  • Support the organization of training & competencies development in Châtelet, Belgium;
  • Provide strong support in redesigning the internal Training department, in order to make it more agile and efficient;
  • Optimize the use of our HR IT tools and suggest adaptations to our processes;
  • Work on transversal projects (for example around the new belgian Federal Learning Account);
  • Support on developing and implementing culture change actions to make the Site line leadership better in his/her proximity management;
  • Support the definition and follow-up of KPI’s in line with business objectives; create KPI dashboard and ensure its follow-up;
  • Provide support in performance management activities;
  • Support the organization of staffing and pre-recruitment activities in Châtelet, Belgium;
  • Propose optimization of processes linked to sourcing, screening, onboarding and selection of candidates in a defined perimeter.


  • You hold a Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or Educational Sciences; 
  • You have a good level of understanding of IT tools for HR: ideally, you have an experience in learning management systems and reporting; 
  • You think globally and like to act local in an industrial site;
  • You like to work in an international environment, dealing with issues in different countries, for the Staffing stream;
  • You are a natural link between HR and the business, able to translate the needs expressed into concrete HR actions and offer some solutions;
  • You have strong organizational skills, able to deal with multiple tasks in a complex and multicultural environment;
  • You are IT-literate, able to adapt to new technologies and collaborative tools;
  • You are open-minded, social and able to think out of the box;
  • You have a strong team spirit and are able to encourage the team versatility;
  • You are fluent in French and English.
